RESCAN is a Swedish company based in Växjö, focused on documenting existing buildings. Together with trusted specialist partners, we deliver as-built drawings and BIM models used in design, refurbishment, property management and property decisions.
Since 2017, RESCAN has successfully delivered more than 250 projects, including multi-property programmes and logistics facilities of up to 96,000 m².
Our aim is straightforward: to give property and project teams accurate building information they can continue using after the site work is complete—reducing unnecessary verification, supporting smoother project work and helping teams make better-informed decisions.
